Each paper submitted for publication in OPA must be sent, together with this form, in order to apply for the revision process by the editor.

The Spanish Optical Society – SEDOPTICA -, since it was created in 1968, edits the journal Óptica Pura y Aplicada - OPA -, with the aim of stimulating development of Optics in its different branches, including basic research, applications, and education.

Actually, OPA publishes quarterly in electronic and open access format (OPEN ACCESS journal). All the published papers are subjected to a peer review process by, at least, two specialist reviewers.

OPA is indexed and the abstracts of the published papers appear in the following databases: SCOPUS, INSPEC, DOAJ, LATINDEX, ICYT, REVICIEN. OPA accepts papers written in Spanish as well as in English, and recommends writing the title and the abstract in both languages (the English version is always required).
